By exploring, engaging and exchanging the available wisdom on transformation, we want to unleash the present potential in people, systems and our society.
In doing so, we hope that all of us learn to act from our own source and wisdom, undone from the un-necessities, in order to create the future we need and want together...

These 3 constellations are interwoven; the way they relate defines the systemic quality of the organization, and thus the essential performance of an organization. And there are 4 fundamental perspectives: Structural Political Relational Inspirational These perspective define what we see. Bringing the 4 perspectives together creates a ‘wholeness’ perspective’ . In our diamond transformation work, we relate all these different levels with one another into a ‘wholeness’ profile of the organization. This enables the organizational stake-holders to clearly look from all angles to what they are, and what they could become.
